Web Developer Associate – Marketing Operations

About the role

Accenture is looking for a Web Developer Associate to support its Marketing Operations team. You will help simplify complex marketing workflows by building and maintaining web content using modern front‑end technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web pages and applications using React.js, HTML5, CSS and JavaScript.
• Collaborate with marketing specialists to translate campaign requirements into functional web solutions.
• Ensure website content is authorable by non‑technical users through the provided content‑management system.
• Participate in routine problem‑solving, following established guidelines and best practices.
• Support the team in delivering marketing performance improvements and operational efficiencies.

Required profile

• Graduation in any discipline.
• 1‑3 years of experience in front‑end development or related roles.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
