Wealth Management Strategy & Implementation Manager

About the role

A leading global financial services firm is hiring a Wealth Management Strategy & Implementation Manager for its global Wealth Management team. The team works with business leaders across investment management, sales, marketing, products, technology and operations to address strategic challenges and improve performance. The consultant reports to the SVP of Wealth Management Strategy & Implementation and takes independent ownership of specific projects or workstreams. The engagement is fully remote, on a full-time basis, for an initial 6 months with possible extension.

Key responsibilities

• Work with senior leadership and internal stakeholders to understand business priorities and challenges.
• Gather and analyse business data to identify improvement opportunities and develop actionable recommendations.
• Support business process optimisation and operating model design initiatives.
• Contribute to strategy formulation and implementation across the Wealth Management business.
• Evaluate new business ideas and support their incubation and implementation.
• Independently lead specific projects or workstreams, driving recommendations through to execution.

Required profile

• MBA from a premier institute with 5-10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in global internal consulting, preferably in investment management, wealth management or investment banking.
• Strong business acumen, strategic thinking and customer focus.
• Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity.
