Warranty Data Analysis Engineer

About the role

The Warranty Data Analysis Engineer will work on agricultural and construction product lines, analysing warranty, telematics and engineering performance data to uncover quality trends and support data‑driven decisions. You will partner with product engineering, manufacturing and product management to improve product reliability and customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, validate and analyse warranty, telematics, ADPU, NPS and quality data to identify failure patterns and performance trends.
• Perform trend, Pareto, root‑cause and predictive analytics to prioritize improvements and feed Strategic Development Projects.
• Develop dashboards, KPI reports and analytical solutions covering F100, ACPU, warranty and engineering performance metrics.
• Support projects that leverage Power Apps, AI, ML and automation to boost productivity and quality.
• Collaborate with engineering, product management and manufacturing teams to investigate issues, implement corrective actions and enhance product reliability.
• Analyse vehicle telemetry and usage data from multiple platforms to identify reliability opportunities.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with experience analysing large datasets related to warranty or product performance.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with engineering, manufacturing and product teams.
• Experience delivering actionable insights that drive product quality improvements.
