Warehouse Team Member – Materials Management

About the role

We are seeking a Warehouse Team Member to manage day‑to‑day warehouse operations for raw and packaging materials at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories. The role ensures accurate receipt, issuance, storage and reconciliation while supporting our Quality Management System and cGMP standards.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, issue, store and reconcile raw and packaging materials.
• Prepare Goods Received Notes (GRN), apply identification labels and close quality/cGMP non‑compliance observations.
• Maintain shop‑floor discipline and cleanliness.
• Execute Warehouse QMS activities including change control, incident reporting, CAPA, and documentation in systems such as DOCHUB, iSlate, I‑create and Pas‑x.
• Oversee dispensing activities, operate and clean warehouse equipment.
• Issue and retrieve documents, manage finished‑goods related tasks, and conduct area inspections.

Required profile

• Experience handling warehouse operations for pharmaceutical or similar regulated environments.
• Familiarity with cGMP requirements and quality management processes.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and maintain accurate records.
