Warehouse Team Lead – Assistant Manager Inbound/Outbound & Inventory

About the role

The Assistant Manager – Inbound, Outbound & Inventory will lead end‑to‑end warehouse execution in Jaipur, overseeing inbound receipt, outbound dispatch and inventory control. The role demands strong operational discipline, data‑driven decision‑making and people‑management to meet service level agreements and minimise loss.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure appointment compliance, vehicle arrival control and on‑time goods receipt (GRN) for inbound operations.
• Drive inbound productivity, monitor case‑per‑person metrics and manage inbound turnaround time.
• Oversee outbound batching performance, dispatch accuracy and on‑time shipping, including root‑cause analysis for pending batches.
• Control delivery returns, handle customer escalations and maintain high dispatch accuracy.
• Monitor net shrink and net dump value, conduct daily inventory and asset audits, and track stock ageing to implement corrective actions.
• Lead, guide and motivate outbound and inventory teams, coordinate with Quality, Supply Chain and City Operations, and ensure SOP adherence and continuous process improvement.

Required profile

• 2–7 years of experience in warehouse or supply‑chain operations with strong exposure to inbound, outbound and inventory control.
• Background in FMCG, fresh produce, e‑commerce or agri‑supply chain preferred.
• Proven people‑management and problem‑solving abilities.
