Warehouse Picker / Packer (Multiple Shifts)

About the role

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our warehouse team as Pickers and Packers. You will handle the selection, packing, loading and unloading of grocery and other products to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Key responsibilities

• Pick grocery and other items from warehouse racks based on customer orders.
• Pack products safely and accurately for dispatch.
• Load and unload materials and products as required.
• Verify product quantity and condition before dispatch.
• Arrange and organize products properly within the warehouse.
• Assist with inventory and stock‑related activities.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the warehouse.
• Follow warehouse safety and operational procedures.
• Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams for smooth order processing.
• Achieve daily picking, packing, loading and unloading targets.

Required profile

• Open to freshers as well as experienced candidates.
• No specific educational qualification required.
• Willingness to work morning, afternoon or night shifts.
