Warehouse Picker – Gurugram

About the role

Instakart Services is seeking diligent and efficient pickers to join its Gurugram warehouse team. As a picker you will select and prepare items for shipment, ensuring accuracy and speed in order fulfillment.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately pick items from shelves according to order specifications.
• Inspect items for condition and report any damages.
• Pack and label items correctly for shipping.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks when certified.
• Keep accurate records of orders and stock levels.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse or similar experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret order lists.
• Physical stamina and strength to handle heavy items.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking.
• Capability to work independently and within a team.
