Warehouse Operator – Materials Handling

About the role

Rockwell Automation is seeking a Warehouse Operator to support efficient and accurate warehouse operations at its Kancheepuram facility. You will handle receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of materials while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, and store incoming materials following SOPs.
• Pick, pack, and issue materials based on production and dispatch requirements.
• Maintain accurate inventory through stock records, cycle counts, and physical inventory support.
• Apply labeling, identification, FIFO, JIT, and material segregation practices.
• Follow EHS, safety, PPE, and 5S standards and report unsafe conditions immediately.

Required profile

• ITI or Diploma qualification, or equivalent warehouse‑related experience.
• 5–8 years of experience in warehouse operations or stores assistance.
• Basic working knowledge of ERP/WMS and Excel.
