Warehouse Operator

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Warehouse Operator to manage the full order journey from receipt in our system to hand‑over to courier partners. Working closely with the Operations Manager and the founding team, you will ensure accurate inventory, efficient dispatch and proper handling of returns.

Key responsibilities

• Pick items from shelves according to orders in Unicommerce, perform quality checks and pack using OATH‑branded packaging following SOPs.
• Generate shipping manifests, print AWB labels and coordinate daily courier pickups, maintaining a dispatch log and ensuring same‑day dispatch for orders received before 2 PM.
• Receive inbound stock, conduct first‑level counts, store items using FIFO, maintain barcode/SKU labels and perform weekly physical inventory counts.
• Monitor packaging material levels and trigger reorders when stock falls below a 50‑order buffer.
• Handle returned products, classify them for resale, damage or defect, restock resaleable items and document conditions with photos.
• Submit daily end‑of‑day dispatch reports and flag operational issues to the Operations Manager.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organised and hygienic at all times.

Required profile

• Attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs accurately.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.
• Basic numeracy and ability to perform inventory counts.
• Good communication skills for coordination with couriers and internal teams.

Required skills

• Experience using an order‑management system, preferably Unicommerce.
• Familiarity with barcode scanning and SKU labeling.
• Basic computer literacy for generating reports and printing labels.
