Warehouse Operations Lead

About the role

We are seeking a Warehouse Operations Lead to build a best‑in‑class distribution network, improve service levels and drive cost efficiency across our warehouse function. The role will oversee 3PL engagement, process improvement initiatives and ensure safety‑compliant, scalable operations.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve financial and customer‑service targets for the warehouse, including budgeted sales and cost‑per‑piece goals.
• Design and continuously improve warehouse processes to boost productivity, accuracy and throughput.
• Ensure inbound and outbound operations meet market demand timelines and maintain on‑time deliveries.
• Implement 5S, Kaizen and SGA programs to enhance operational efficiency.
• Manage inventory control, including batch management, flow‑through, handling‑unit management, cycle counting, physical inventory and RF device integration.
• Coordinate internal and statutory audits to verify process and inventory compliance.
• Provide visibility and fast dispatches to customers, maintaining OTIF and DIFOT performance.
• Collaborate with IT to customize warehouse systems and support required enhancements.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading warehouse or distribution operations in a fast‑moving environment.
• Strong track record of delivering cost efficiencies and meeting service‑level targets.
• Hands‑on knowledge of safety standards and ability to enforce compliance.
• Experience managing 3PL relationships and negotiating KRAs/SLAs.
• Leadership skills to engage and develop a high‑performing team.
