Warehouse Manager

About the role

The Warehouse Manager is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Gurugram. You will oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing and dispatching products and materials that support HubHawks’ publishing services. The role ensures accurate inventory records, efficient stock movement and optimal space utilization.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse staff and coordinate shift schedules.
• Manage inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely delivery.
• Enforce safety and compliance standards throughout the facility.
• Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
• Utilize the Warehouse Management System to track inventory and generate reports.
• Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to support business growth.

Required profile

• Strong stock control and inventory management experience.
• Practical forklift operation skills and familiarity with material‑handling equipment.
• Leadership experience supervising warehouse or logistics teams.
• Knowledge of workplace safety standards and compliance practices.
• Relevant diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, operations or a related field; prior Warehouse Manager or Supervisor experience preferred.
