Warehouse Logistics Officer/Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an Officer/Engineer to join our Warehouse Logistics team in Kheda, Gujarat. The role focuses on managing daily export logistics operations, coordinating closely with purchase, planning and warehouse teams.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee export and domestic warehouse dispatch, including packaging, picking and container stuffing.
• Prepare commercial invoices, packing lists and export documents such as Bill of Lading, COO and Shipping Bill.
• Track shipments, manage fumigation processes and ensure compliance with export regulations.
• Coordinate material loading/unloading, manpower handling and 5S warehousing standards.
• Collaborate with procurement, warehouse and external freight forwarders to ensure smooth operations.

Required profile

• Graduation/Diploma or Engineering degree in any stream.
• 3‑4 years of experience in logistics activities.
• 2‑3 years of hands‑on experience with SAP logistics modules.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
