About the role

Star Human Resource Pvt. Ltd. is looking for motivated Warehouse Executives to join its Mumbai team. This full‑time, permanent position offers an entry‑level opportunity to work in a dynamic logistics environment and develop core warehouse skills.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels.
• Process incoming goods, inspect, document, and prepare items for shipment.
• Keep the warehouse organized with proper storage systems.
• Conduct regular quality checks on inventory before dispatch.
• Record all inventory movements, including receipts and dispatches.
• Follow safety protocols and enforce a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve warehouse goals.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
• Resolve inventory discrepancies and shipment errors.
• Provide timely and accurate order fulfillment to internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Open to candidates of any education level.
• 0‑6 months of experience in warehouse or logistics (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational abilities and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Effective communication skills.
• Physical stamina to handle lifting and other manual tasks.
