Warehouse Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse Executive to join our team at Fronius. The role involves handling daily warehouse activities, ensuring accurate inventory, and supporting material flow across the facility.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily warehouse operations by receiving, storing, moving, picking, packing, and shipping materials according to established processes and work instructions.
• Maintain accurate inventory and material records by processing transactions, monitoring stock movements, and documenting information in designated systems.
• Ensure correct handling and quality of materials through inspections, verification of accuracy, and reporting of discrepancies.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound activities and collaborate with internal departments to meet operational requirements.
• Operate and maintain warehouse equipment and tools following defined procedures and maintenance schedules.
• Identify improvement opportunities and support the implementation of agreed actions to enhance processes.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment by adhering to safety requirements, housekeeping standards, and company guidelines.
• If applicable, manage waste collection, disposal, and sorting activities in line with specifications and record related information accurately.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management, such as participation in projects or desks.

Required profile

• No professional education required.
• English language skills and/or local language at a level appropriate for the position.
