Warehouse Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse Executive to oversee daily warehouse activities, ensuring efficient handling of merchandise from receipt to shipment. The role involves maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting new team members, and upholding safety standards within a fast‑paced distribution environment.

Key responsibilities

• Pick merchandise from the distribution center and transport it to the shipping bay.
• Receive merchandise for return or delivery and verify its contents.
• Count and stock merchandise according to the inventory control log.
• Identify damaged, lost, or missing merchandise and notify the supervisor immediately.
• Pack orders orderly and seal cartons for shipping.
• Handle merchandise with care at all times.
• Train and support new employees during onboarding.
• Scan containers to confirm contents and determine the correct destination.

Required profile

• Experience with inventory control and warehouse operations.
• Understanding of logistics and safety procedures.
• Ability to work accurately in a high‑volume environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
