Warehouse Executive

About the role

My Almari is India’s leading pre‑loved luxury marketplace. We are looking for a Warehouse Executive to join our Mumbai team and ensure that high‑value designer items are received, stored, and dispatched with the utmost care and accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming luxury products, maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Pack and dispatch orders while adhering to quality and safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety protocols within the warehouse.
• Coordinate with Customer Service and Operations teams to support timely deliveries.
• Monitor stock levels, assist with regular stock audits, and help implement process improvements.

Required profile

• Strong warehouse operations background, including Warehouse Management and Inventory Control.
• Hands‑on experience packing and handling delicate or high‑value items.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills for internal coordination.
• High attention to detail, reliability, and ability to follow defined processes.
• Basic computer literacy and comfort using inventory or warehouse software.
• Prior experience in e‑commerce, retail, or logistics is a plus.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights in a fast‑paced environment.
