Warehouse Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse Executive to join our operations in Ahmedabad. The role involves managing the receipt and verification of incoming materials and ensuring accurate inventory records. This is an entry‑level, full‑time position suitable for candidates with strong attention to detail.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and inspect inbound material shipments, verifying quantities and condition.
• Perform inward material checking and record discrepancies.
• Maintain up‑to‑date inventory counts using manual or system‑based methods.
• Coordinate with procurement and production teams to ensure timely availability of stock.
• Prepare basic reports on material receipt and inventory status.

Required profile

• Minimum 0 years of experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
