Warehouse Coordinator

About the role

The Warehouse Coordinator ensures accurate receipt, storage, movement and dispatch of materials within the warehouse, maintaining inventory accuracy and traceability. This role supports manufacturing, logistics and supply‑chain operations by guaranteeing timely availability of materials in line with company procedures and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Receive incoming materials and verify quantities, batch numbers, and documentation against purchase orders and delivery notes.
• Perform material inspection coordination and move materials to designated storage locations.
• Ensure proper labeling, segregation, and storage of inventory.
• Pick, stage, and issue materials to production according to work orders and schedules.
• Replenish materials to production lines in a timely manner.
• Transfer materials between warehouse locations while maintaining system accuracy.
• Handle materials safely using approved equipment and procedures.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, material traceability, compliance and operational efficiency.
• Support production, logistics, quality and customer requirements through adherence to established procedures and continuous improvement practices.
