Warehouse Associate

About the role

Sycomp is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join its Bangalore facility. The role focuses on accurate inventory management, efficient warehouse operations, and handling of IT materials within a fast‑paced, process‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming materials with accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure proper storage, identification, and location tracking of inventory.
• Handle Return Material Authorization (RMA) processes according to established procedures.
• Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness following 5S standards.
• Pick, pack, and fulfil orders while adhering to quality and packaging standards.
• Enter documentation and system data promptly and accurately.
• Reconcile system records with physical stock to monitor inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support operational requirements.
• Identify efficiency improvements and support process‑optimization initiatives.
• Manage packing and stationery supplies to ensure uninterrupted operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse or inventory operations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a structured, process‑driven environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
