Warehouse Associate

About the role

The Warehouse Associate will support Panigrahana Weddings' event logistics from a full‑time, on‑site position in Bengaluru South. You will ensure that all décor, equipment and supplies are received, stored, packed and shipped efficiently to meet the demanding timelines of wedding events.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, unload and organize incoming goods and materials.
• Pack and prepare items for outbound shipments to event locations.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and track stock levels.
• Store décor, equipment and supplies securely and in an orderly manner.
• Collaborate with operations and event teams to guarantee timely delivery.
• Follow safety protocols, cleanliness standards and warehouse procedures.

Required profile

• Proficiency in core warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving and unloading.
• Ability to perform packing tasks for event materials efficiently.
• Experience with material‑handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack) preferred.
• Basic inventory management skills with strong attention to detail.
• Physical capability to lift, move and organize items throughout the shift.
• Strong teamwork, communication and time‑management abilities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, based on event schedules.
• Previous experience in a warehouse, events or logistics environment is an advantage.
