About the role
You will be responsible for delivering an excellent and consistent level of service to guests at Hyatt Centric Hebbal. The role involves serving food and beverages, ensuring a courteous, professional, and efficient experience that maximizes guest satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Serve food and beverage to guests in the assigned area.
- Provide courteous, professional, and flexible service at all times.
- Maintain high standards of guest satisfaction through attentive service.
Required profile
- Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in hotel operations.
- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
