V&V Architect – Security & HIL Testing for ADAS

About the role

Bosch Global Software Technologies is looking for experienced V&V architects to lead verification and validation activities for ADAS product lines. The role focuses on security testing, HIL testing, and system integration of sensor data across multiple vehicle platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute HIL test architectures (SIL/HIL/Vehicle) for ADAS features.
• Develop and maintain test frameworks and automation libraries.
• Define test strategies, coverage, KPIs and ensure compliance with ISO 26262, ASPICE, UNECE WP29.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate sensor data interfaces and software components.
• Perform log analysis, traceability, and data validation for features such as ACC, AEB, LKAS, and lane‑keeping.

Required profile

• 9‑11 years of experience in V&V, preferably in automotive ADAS domains.
• Strong knowledge of ADAS sensors (camera, video, radar, ultrasonic) and related data interfaces.
• Hands‑on experience with HIL systems (dSPACE, Vector, ETAS) and vehicle validation.
• Proficiency in Python; C/C++ preferred.
• Familiarity with AUTOSAR, CAN/LIN/FlexRay/Ethernet, and diagnostics (UDS, XCP, DoIP).
