Voice Coach

About the role

We are looking for a Voice Coach to lead voice and accent training for new and existing employees in a fast‑paced BPO environment. The role involves improving communication quality, ensuring consistent customer interactions, and supporting operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct voice and accent training sessions for employees.
• Assess communication skills and identify areas for improvement.
• Coach on pronunciation, fluency, grammar, articulation, and customer interaction techniques.
• Monitor calls and provide constructive feedback to enhance performance.
• Develop and implement training modules, activities, and assessments.
• Track trainee progress and maintain detailed training reports.
• Collaborate with Operations and Quality teams to drive communication excellence.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong knowledge of voice, accent neutralization, and communication training techniques.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Voice & Accent Trainer, Voice Coach, or Communication Trainer.
• Experience in BPO, customer service, or related training environments is preferred.
