Voice Calling Executive (Hindi & English)

About the role
We are looking for a Voice Calling Executive who will make outbound calls for our clients, handling cash‑on‑delivery confirmations, failed‑delivery follow‑ups and lead follow‑ups. In the first 90 days you will learn the scripts, manage call logs and suggest improvements based on real interactions.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound COD confirmation and follow‑up calls for client campaigns.
- Test and provide feedback on voice‑call scripts before they go live.
- Handle failed‑delivery and lead follow‑up calls.
Required profile
- Clear spoken Hindi and English.
- Comfortable working with call scripts and call logs.
- Fresher to 2 years of experience.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Hindi and English verbal communication.
- Ability to follow scripted call flows and record call details.
