Visual Merchandising Retail Associate

About the role

Join Nike’s Murthal store as a Visual Merchandising Retail Associate, where you will combine your passion for the brand with hands‑on visual presentation skills. You will support daily store operations while creating compelling product displays that inspire customers and drive sales.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and refresh visual displays, including mannequin styling, according to Nike’s brand guidelines.
• Assist with cash register transactions, shipping and receiving, and floor stocking.
• Provide world‑class customer service using Nike’s four service principles: Know, Equip, Engage, Inspire.
• Support store events and collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth store functioning.
• Perform cleaning duties and uphold store presentation standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; a 2‑year degree is a plus.
• At least 1 year of visual merchandising experience, preferably in apparel or lifestyle retail.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including varied shifts, to meet business needs.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a creative problem‑solving mindset.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency, especially Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Ability to interpret and apply visual merchandising guidelines.
