About the role

The Visual Merchandiser Customer Service Associate (VM Retail CSA) combines creative visual merchandising with front‑line customer service to deliver an engaging in‑store experience. You will ensure the store reflects GAP’s brand aesthetics while providing personalized assistance that drives sales and customer loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Execute visual displays according to brand guidelines and seasonal themes.
• Maintain window displays, mannequins, signage, and promotional setups.
• Ensure planogram compliance and timely visual merchandising updates.
• Collaborate with the visual merchandising team and store leadership on layout planning.
• Monitor customer response to displays and suggest improvements.

Required profile

• 13 years of retail experience, preferably in fashion or lifestyle.
• Strong visual sense with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Retail Management, Visual Merchandising, or a related field.

Required skills

• Familiarity with POS systems.
• Basic design tools.
