Visual Design Associate

About the role

Accenture is looking for a Visual Design Associate to join its Creative Studio team in Mumbai. You will work closely with client production teams and senior leadership to create compelling, user‑focused visual content across digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Refresh outdated designs and layouts using UI/UX frameworks.
• Develop overall concepts for user experiences on websites and products.
• Analyze feedback and website data to improve usability and accessibility.
• Create graphics for websites, presentations, email campaigns, and other digital assets.
• Ensure all visual output follows brand and client guidelines.
• Communicate project plans and timelines to management and supervisors.
• Design and assess brand communication visuals, promotional materials, and product packaging.
• Collaborate with developers, testers, project managers, and UX designers to finalize project flows.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in graphic design.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Required profile

• Graduated from any discipline.
• 1 to 3 years of professional experience in visual design or related fields.
• Strong storytelling ability and a passion for creating impactful designs.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
