Visiting Professor – Computer Science

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Visiting Professor in Computer Science to deliver high‑quality lectures, practical sessions, and industry‑oriented learning experiences to our students. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with effective teaching skills to bridge academic concepts and real‑world applications.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver lectures, tutorials, workshops, and laboratory sessions across core Computer Science subjects.
• Teach courses such as Programming (C, C++, Java, Python), Data Structures & Algorithms, Database Management Systems, Operating Systems, Computer Networks, Software Engineering, Web Development, and optionally Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning.
• Develop lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and assessment materials.
• Guide students in projects, case studies, and practical applications.
• Conduct evaluations, assignments, and technical assessments as required.
• Share industry insights, emerging technology trends, and best practices.
• Mentor students on career readiness, internships, and technical skill development.
• Collaborate with academic teams to ensure effective curriculum delivery.
• Maintain records of attendance, assessments, and student progress during the engagement period.

Required profile

• M.Tech, MCA, or equivalent qualification in Computer Science.
• Strong knowledge of core Computer Science concepts and programming languages.
• Prior teaching, training, or relevant industry experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to engage students through practical and interactive learning methods.
