Visa Officer – Study Abroad

About the role

We are looking for a Visa Officer to manage end‑to‑end visa processing for international students applying to study in Italy, Germany and other destinations such as Canada. Based in Noida/Gurugram, you will ensure compliance with country‑specific regulations and provide a smooth experience throughout the admissions and visa journey.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complete visa application lifecycle for Italy, Germany and other destinations.
• Review visa applications, financial documents and supporting paperwork for accuracy and compliance.
• Identify discrepancies in visa forms and recommend corrections.
• Guide students on visa requirements, documentation and application processes.
• Support SOP review and provide structured feedback.
• Facilitate GIC account opening (Canada) and Blocked Accounts (Germany).
• Conduct training sessions for internal teams and external partners on visa filing and SOP guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records, trackers and documentation for all applications.
• Collaborate with admissions, sales and partner teams to ensure smooth processing.
• Stay updated on visa regulations, policy changes and market‑specific requirements.

Required profile

• 1–5 years of experience in visa processing (UK experience preferred).
• Background in study abroad, international admissions or education industry.
• Strong understanding of visa documentation, compliance and processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple applications under tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using databases.
• Ability to generate reports with reporting tools.
