Villa Supervisor – Luxury Properties

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Villa Supervisor to manage the day‑to‑day operations of a portfolio of luxury villas in North Goa. The role blends property operations, facilities coordination, and guest relations, offering a dynamic environment for hospitality professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of assigned luxury villas, ensuring high presentation and operational standards.
• Coordinate maintenance activities and liaise with external vendors and service providers.
• Supervise housekeeping and operational support teams.
• Manage guest arrivals, departures, and in‑house experiences, responding promptly to requests.
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Collaborate with internal departments to guarantee seamless day‑to‑day operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in villa management, hospitality, hotel, or property operations.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience coordinating maintenance, housekeeping, and external service providers.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a commitment to high‑quality service.
• Valid driving licence preferred.
