Video Producer – Pre‑Production Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a creative, execution‑focused Video Producer to own the full video production lifecycle, from concept and pre‑production planning through shoot execution and post‑production delivery. The role will support corporate, brand, digital marketing and social media video projects, turning business requirements into engaging visual stories.

Key responsibilities

• Translate marketing and campaign briefs into compelling video concepts, scripts, storyboards and shot breakdowns.
• Plan production schedules, locations, equipment, budgets and resource allocation; secure approvals, permissions and logistics.
• Manage end‑to‑end shoots for corporate films, interviews, product videos, testimonials, event coverage and social media content.
• Direct and supervise videographers, camera crews, lighting, audio and other production personnel.
• Oversee post‑production activities including editing, colour correction, sound design, motion graphics, subtitles and final rendering.
• Optimize video assets for platforms such as YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and internal channels.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Brand, Digital, HR, Product, Corporate Communications and external agencies; maintain production timelines and asset libraries.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 + year hands‑on experience in video pre‑production (concept creation, scriptwriting, storyboarding, shot planning).
• Background in top advertising, design or marketing agencies.
• Relevant education in Filmography, Mass Media or a related field.
• Age between 25 and 28 years.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to work independently.
