Video Producer – Content & Media (NYC Vertical)

About the role

Sheryians Private Limited is seeking a Video Producer to lead the production workflow for its NYC vertical. You will transform content ideas into well‑planned shoots, ensuring high‑quality footage that can be repurposed across multiple formats.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute video shoots, coordinating guests, instructors, locations, schedules, equipment and production requirements.
• Manage the entire shoot process to deliver productions smoothly, efficiently and on time.
• Set up and oversee camera, lighting and audio to maintain consistent production quality.
• Collaborate with creators, instructors, guests and production teams during shoots.
• Generate content for long‑form videos, reels, shorts, clips and other formats from each shoot.
• Organise raw footage and production assets for seamless post‑production.
• Identify and resolve potential production issues proactively.
• Maintain production schedules and ensure timely execution of planned content.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in video production, filmmaking or digital media.
• Strong understanding of camera, lighting, audio and shoot planning.
• Excellent production coordination and problem‑solving abilities.
• Knowledge of how a single shoot can create multiple content pieces.
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and execution‑focused approach.
