About the role

Dashverse is building the operating system for AI‑powered entertainment and is looking for a Video Producer to lead the post‑production of short‑form micro dramas. You will be the guardian of narrative structure, ensuring every edit, sound cue and visual element serves the emotional arc of each episode.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end post‑production workflows across editing, sound and quality control.
• Guide pacing, storytelling and packaging to elevate the quality of each show.
• Manage and mentor a team of Associate Producers, Editors and Sound Engineers.
• Maintain high creative and technical standards for every episode.
• Coordinate with Creative Producers, Creative Directors, Art Leads and Animation/Image points of contact for seamless handovers.
• Anticipate risks, resolve bottlenecks and keep delivery on track.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in video/film production, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong creative instincts and a solid understanding of pacing and visual storytelling.
• Proven track record of improving processes, scaling teams and delivering high‑quality content under tight timelines.
• Excellent leadership, problem‑solving and cross‑team communication skills.
