About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Video Lead to join the creative team at Engage Digital Partners, part of Brave Bison. The role will drive video strategy and production across our digital platforms, supporting top‑tier sports and entertainment brands.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute video content strategy for sports and entertainment clients across platforms such as YouTube, Snap, Meta, and TikTok.
• Lead end‑to‑end video production, from concept and scripting to shooting, editing, and post‑production.
• Manage a team of video creators, freelancers, and external agencies to ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with brand, marketing, and technology teams to align video assets with broader campaign objectives.
• Ensure all video output meets brand guidelines, quality standards, and platform specifications.
• Monitor performance metrics and optimize video content based on data‑driven insights.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading video production teams in a digital or agency environment.
• Strong understanding of the sports and entertainment media landscape.
• Ability to work with complex, multi‑brand projects and deliver at scale.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering high‑impact video content for major brands.
