Vice Principal (Female) – Pre‑Primary – Khammam

About the role

We are looking for an experienced female Vice Principal or Head Mistress to lead our Pre‑Primary division in Khammam. The role combines strategic leadership with day‑to‑day school management, ensuring a nurturing environment for young learners.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and administrative oversight for the Pre‑Primary section.
• Mentor and manage teaching staff to maintain high instructional standards.
• Implement and monitor the CBSE curriculum, ensuring compliance with assessment and quality standards.
• Organise professional development programmes for faculty.
• Act as the primary liaison between school administration, parents, and the community.
• Track student progress and promote student‑centred learning across all grades.
• Coordinate daily school activities within the operational hours of 8:45 AM to 4:45 PM.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in English, History, Political Science, Sociology or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum two years of teaching experience in a CBSE‑affiliated school.
• Strong knowledge of CBSE syllabi and evaluation frameworks for English and Social Science.
• Proven ability to teach literature, language arts, and social studies to diverse groups.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Commitment to professional development and innovative teaching practices.
