Vice President – Data & Analytics

About the role

Edelman Intelligence is seeking a strategic leader to head its Data & Analytics function. The Vice President will shape the analytical engine that powers client‑centric insights, predictive intelligence, and AI‑enabled solutions across the communications and media landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary team of data scientists, researchers, and data engineers.
• Define and enforce standards for technical quality, delivery rigor, and professional development.
• Own the end‑to‑end analytical workflow, from scoping and data exploration to modeling, validation, and client‑ready delivery.
• Oversee predictive modeling, media‑mix modeling, segmentation, forecasting, and attribution methodologies.
• Guide data engineers in building and maintaining the analytical data layer, ensuring data quality, documentation, and reproducibility.
• Collaborate with intelligence leadership, senior consultants, and technology teams to translate technical output into actionable business narratives.
