Vendor Risk Management Internship (Open to Persons with Disabilities)

About the role

This internship focuses on vendor risk management and is open exclusively to candidates with disabilities (low vision, hard of hearing, or locomotor disability). The role is based in Bangalore and offers a stipend of 15,000 INR.

Key responsibilities

• Use the Supplier Change Notice (SCN) tool to manage onboarding, reactivation, and review of vendors.
• Perform risk assessments on vendors with Moody's Catalyst, categorising risk as Green, Amber or Red.
• Communicate assessment results to the GP team via SCN and flag vendors needing further review or rejection.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve Amber or Red risk cases and ensure timely closure.
• Maintain accurate records, generate reports and dashboards on vendor risk status.
• Own end‑to‑end vendor risk testing processes and stay updated on Moody's tool best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management or a related field.
• Prior exposure to vendor risk management or procurement is preferred.
• Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
