US Voice Process Associate (Night Shift)

About the role

The US Voice Process Associate will handle inbound and outbound calls for US‑based customers from our Ahmedabad office. Working night shifts, you will provide customer service, generate leads, and ensure accurate call documentation while meeting performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with US customers.
• Communicate clearly over the phone and follow approved scripts.
• Generate leads according to the defined process.
• Record call details and customer information in the CRM.
• Meet assigned call, quality, and performance targets.
• Maintain accurate customer and call records while adhering to company policies.

Required profile

• Good spoken English communication skills.
• Willingness to work night hours (7:00 PM – 5:00 AM).
• Ability to work from the Bodakdev office in Ahmedabad.
• Freshers welcome; prior BPO or voice‑process experience is a plus.

Required skills

• CRM usage for call documentation.
