US Telecaller (Hybrid, Hyderabad)

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic US‑focused Telecallers to join our team in Hyderabad. This full‑time hybrid position involves handling both outbound and inbound calls with US‑based small business owners and prospects, presenting SimplifiTax services, answering queries, and scheduling consultations.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and receive inbound calls from US clients, explaining tax and virtual CFO solutions.
• Maintain accurate call logs and update CRM records in real time.
• Follow up on leads, qualify prospects, and schedule consultation appointments.
• Assist clients during onboarding by collecting required documentation over the phone.
• Coordinate with internal tax and finance teams to resolve client questions and concerns.
• Achieve daily call volume and conversion targets while delivering high‑quality customer service.

Required profile

• Strong spoken and written English with a neutral accent suitable for US audiences.
• Excellent telephone etiquette, active listening, and empathy.
• Experience in telecalling, BPO, or customer support for US clients is preferred.
• Ability to work hybrid from Hyderabad and adapt to US time‑zone schedules.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM or call‑management tools.
• Basic computer skills and accurate record‑keeping.
