US Technical Recruiter (Night Shift)

About the role

We’re hiring a US Technical Recruiter to join our US Staffing team in Tiruchirappalli. The role offers the chance to work with global US‑based clients, source and place top IT talent, and accelerate your career in recruitment. Both fresh graduates and candidates with up to six months of experience are welcome.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Dice, Monster, Indeed, Boolean search and other job portals.
• Screen and evaluate applicants against technical and client requirements.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate the hiring process with candidates and hiring managers.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT talent.
• Maintain recruitment reports and ensure timely closures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet hiring targets.

Required profile

• Fresh graduates (2023‑2026) or candidates with up to six months of experience in a voice process.
• BE/B.Tech (all streams), MCA, MBA or M.Sc in CS/IT.
• Strong English communication skills and basic IT knowledge.
• Willingness to work the US night shift.
• Passion for recruitment and talent acquisition.
