US Recruiter (Night Shift) – Remote

About the role

Wissen Technology is seeking a dynamic US Recruiter to support its talent acquisition efforts during the night shift. The role is fully remote and focuses on sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for US‑based positions, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience.

Key responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones.
• Communicate with hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Conduct initial assessments and provide shortlists to stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS or internal recruitment system.
• Follow up with candidates for interview availability, feedback, and required documentation.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to offer.

Required profile

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple open positions.
• Comfortable working night‑shift hours aligned with US time zones.
• Based in Bangalore with remote work capability.
