US Recruiter (Night Shift)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic, self‑motivated US Recruiter to manage end‑to‑end recruitment for our US‑based clients. The role is based in Ahmedabad and works the US night shift, ensuring timely candidate submissions and a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for US clients, from sourcing to placement.
• Analyse job descriptions, understand technical and experience requirements.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, US job portals and professional networks.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial calls, verify work authorization, salary expectations and relocation willingness.
• Submit qualified candidates within turnaround times and coordinate interviews.
• Negotiate compensation, maintain ATS records and recruitment trackers.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly recruitment targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing techniques.
• Ability to manage multiple job requirements simultaneously.
• Detail‑oriented, organized and able to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Willingness to work the US night shift.
• Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome; prior US IT, Non‑IT or Healthcare recruitment experience is a plus.
