US Recruiter (Night Shift) – Ahmedabad

About the role

We are seeking a motivated US Recruiter to join our Ahmedabad team. This full‑time, night‑shift position supports hiring for US‑based clients across multiple industries, offering exposure to a fast‑paced staffing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, resume databases and Boolean search techniques.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing and coordinating candidates.
• Recruit for US‑based positions across various sectors and skill sets.
• Review resumes and match candidates to job descriptions and client requirements.
• Conduct initial screening and qualification calls.
• Maintain candidate data in ATS/recruitment databases.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Build and sustain a strong pipeline for current and future needs.
• Achieve individual and team recruitment targets/KPIs.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months of recruitment experience.
• Experience in US recruitment or staffing is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Ahmedabad and adapt to US night‑shift hours.
• Target‑driven mindset and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
