US Non-IT Recruiter (Night Shift)

About the role

Intelix Systems is seeking an experienced US Non‑IT Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end hiring for technical, skilled‑trades, engineering, construction, facilities, maintenance and administrative positions. The role operates on a night shift from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST and is based onsite in KPHB, Hyderabad.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for US Non‑IT roles.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, resume databases, referrals and other channels.
• Screen applicants for experience, certifications, skills and availability.
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate subsequent interview rounds.
• Maintain robust pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Coordinate offers and support candidates through onboarding.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience recruiting US Non‑IT positions.
• Proven track record in hiring for skilled trades, engineering, construction, facilities, MEP, O&M or administrative roles.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation and candidate engagement skills.
