U.S. Non-IT Recruiter (Night Shift) – Hyderabad

About the role

We are seeking energetic U.S. Non-IT Staffing Recruiters to join our fast-growing team in Uppal, Hyderabad. The role focuses on sourcing and placing candidates for a wide range of non-IT positions for U.S. clients, working night-shift hours aligned with U.S. business time.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for U.S. non-IT staffing needs, from sourcing to placement.
• Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals and other channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct qualification calls and coordinate interviews.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and achieve recruitment targets.

Required profile

• 0–3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in U.S. staffing or non-IT recruitment.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Comfortable working night-shift hours aligned with U.S. time zones.
• Target-oriented mindset with ability to work independently and in a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with recruitment platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, Monster.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and resume databases.
