US IT Recruiter (Remote – Jaipur)

About the role

We are seeking a US IT/Non‑IT Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end hiring for our US staffing needs. The role is fully remote, based in Jaipur, and involves sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews and closing candidates for a variety of technology positions.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, Ceipal and other job portals.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for US IT and non‑IT roles.
• Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines.
• Screen candidates, assess fit against client requirements and coordinate interview schedules.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the Ceipal ATS.
• Collaborate closely with Account Managers and Business Development Managers to meet client demands.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in US IT/Non‑IT recruitment.
• Must be based in Jaipur and able to attend weekly in‑person review meetings on Saturdays.
• Strong understanding of US staffing processes, visa statuses (W2, C2C, 1099) and tax terms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
