US IT Recruiter (Remote, Jaipur)

About the role

We are seeking a US IT Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for our US staffing needs. The role is remote, based in Jaipur, and involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for both IT and non‑IT positions.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, Ceipal and other job portals.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for US IT and non‑IT roles, from initial contact to offer closure.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines aligned with client requirements.
• Screen and assess candidates for suitability against job specifications.
• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain communication with candidates and clients.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the Ceipal ATS.
• Collaborate closely with Account Managers and Business Development Managers to fulfill staffing demands.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience recruiting for US IT and non‑IT positions.
• Strong understanding of US staffing processes, visa types (W2, C2C, 1099) and tax terms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
• Based in Jaipur and able to attend a weekly in‑person review meeting on Saturdays.
