US IT Recruiter – Night Shift (US Hours)

About the role

Axiom Technologies is seeking a dynamic US IT Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition team in Noida. The role operates on US night‑shift hours and focuses on end‑to‑end recruitment for a wide range of technical positions serving US‑based clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for US IT roles, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals and networking.
• Screen and evaluate candidates on technical expertise, experience, communication and cultural fit.
• Conduct initial HR interviews, schedule technical interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and clients.
• Negotiate salary, start dates and contract terms (W2, C2C, 1099) with selected candidates.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified IT professionals and keep accurate records in the ATS/CRM.
• Provide regular recruitment reports and stay updated on US IT market trends.

Required profile

• 1‑4 years of hands‑on US IT recruitment experience.
• Strong understanding of US employment types (W2, C2C, 1099) and work authorisations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work night‑shift hours aligned with US time zones.
• Proficiency with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean sourcing techniques.
