US IT Recruiter – Night Shift (On‑site, Ahmedabad)

About the role

The Recruitment Specialist will manage end‑to‑end job search campaigns for clients targeting the U.S. market. Working night‑shift hours from Ahmedabad, you will act as the primary point of contact between candidates, recruiters and employers until an interview is secured.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify target roles in the U.S. tech, finance or healthcare sectors.
• Source opportunities through LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor and other job boards.
• Prepare and submit tailored applications, resumes and cover letters.
• Maintain ongoing communication with recruiters and hiring managers, tracking progress until interview milestones are met.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably English, Communications, HR or Business.
• Exceptional written English with the ability to produce concise, professional documents.
• Familiarity with U.S. resume standards, ATS systems and the job‑board ecosystem.
• Prior experience in HR, talent acquisition, career coaching or related consulting (freshers welcome).

Required skills

• Microsoft Word and Google Docs for document creation and formatting.
• LinkedIn, Indeed and Glassdoor for sourcing and networking.
• AI writing tools such as ChatGPT or Claude and the ability to edit AI‑generated content.
• Basic knowledge of ATS platforms.

What we offer

• In‑hand monthly salary ranging from ₹15,200 to ₹23,200.
• Performance incentive up to ₹50,000 per month for top performers.
• Full‑time night‑shift schedule (7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST).
