US IT Recruiter (EST Shift)

About the role

We are hiring a US IT Recruiter to join our US Recruitment team in Gurugram, supporting top technology clients in North America. The role works on the EST shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST) and is open to freshers as well as candidates with 1‑3 years of experience.

Key responsibilities

• Sourcing, identifying and closing IT and non‑IT professionals for temporary, contract, permanent and temp‑to‑hire positions.
• Utilizing job portals such as LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, Career Builder, Indeed and internal databases to post and promote openings.
• Screening large volumes of resumes to match candidate qualifications with job requirements.
• Negotiating pay rates between vendors and candidates.
• Advertising vacancies on social media platforms, blogs and Google Groups.
• Researching and implementing new strategies for active and passive candidate sourcing.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in IT recruitment, staffing or talent acquisition (freshers welcome).
• Willingness to work the EST shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST).
• Proficiency in MS Office and strong communication skills.
• Flexibility and a keen interest in the IT/technology environment.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and solve problems.
